# KYC/AML Compliance

As part of our commitment to operate within legal boundaries, all participants in our token sale and all users of the CommerXe platform will be required to undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks. These checks ensure that we prevent illegal activities such as money laundering or fraudulent transactions on our platform.
